·
What insights have you gained
about research from taking this course?
- The insight I have come
to understand while I thought I knew how to do research I have found that
I did not know as much as I thought I did. I now realize just how much detail
it takes to do an accurate research.
·
In what ways have your ideas
about the nature of doing research changed?
- I now can see that while
research is a lengthy progress it is well worth the time. I see that
anyone can do a research sturdy if they have the correct progress to fine
the answers to their questions.
·
What lessons about planning,
designing, and conducting research in early childhood did you learn?
- I learnt while you are
doing a research project you must be organized and mission oriented. It
also helps that you have a clear-cut hypothesis in which you are looking
for answer with.
·
What were some of the
challenges you encountered—and in what ways did you meet them?
- The challenges I meet
with was that I was not as ready as I thought I was for research. I found
some of the jargon hard to understand until I got more into the class.
·
What are some of the ways your
perceptions of an early childhood professional have been modified as a result
of this course?
- I always knew that
research was an important part of the field. We as teachers could always
use all the new materials we could get. I can now appreciate the progress
behind the new knowledge.
